What is your shipping policy?
Each piece is carefully packed and shipped within 7–10 business days. If you’re working with a specific timeline, please reach out — I’m happy to try to accommodate faster shipping whenever I can. Please reach out below if this applies to you!
Do you do wholesale?
Yes! I often work with retailers to come up with a few styles of mine that resonate with them and make a collection based around them. I also offer wholesale on the current collection in the studio. Please inquire below for pricing/ details.
Are your pieces food safe? And or water tight?
All MFC studio pieces are water tight and food safe unless they specify otherwise in the description. This will typically only be the case for sample/ discounted pieces.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Typically returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated. As a one woman team the bandwidth for managing this is quite difficult. However exceptions will always be made with reasonable circumstances.
